Care
Keep it simple
Vacuum without a beater bar, blot spills quickly, and rotate the rug every few months so it wears evenly.
Handmade
Expect character
Slight variations in colour, check size and edge are the signature of a hand loom, not a flaw.
Returns
Etsy protected
Orders go through Etsy, with buyer protection. Made-to-order rugs are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
