Before you write

The usual questions.

Where do you ship?: Everywhere, free, with tracking. Rugs leave Jaipur rolled and wrapped and usually arrive within one to two weeks of dispatch.
How do I order?: Through our Etsy shop, which gives you buyer protection and reviews. For custom work, write to us first and we will set up a listing for your rug.
How do I care for a jute rug?: Vacuum without a beater bar, blot spills straight away with a dry cloth, and keep it out of standing water. Rotate it now and then so it wears evenly.
Do you work with designers and trade?: Yes. We take project orders, send swatches and quote by the piece. Tell us the brief and the deadline.
