Most custom rugs are woven within two to three weeks, then shipped with tracking. Large or complex pieces can take a little longer and we will tell you upfront.

Can I send my own design or colour reference?

Yes. Send a photo, a sketch or a paint code and we will match it as closely as the fibre allows. We can also send colour swatches before weaving.

Are custom rugs returnable?

Custom and made-to-order rugs are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective, in line with Etsy's policy for personalised items.
